Exchange ONLY
Our exchange policy lasts for (7) days after purchase. If you have received your order and it has been (7) days after you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange. We currently don't give cash refunds, but we will give an online store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as eyelash adhesives, removers and gel pads and/or services cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

-Course Registration or Balances
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Open used applicators or Clothing

To complete your return, we require there order number or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations when automatic store credit will be given with a future coupon use. (if applicable)

-Delayed shipment 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- No stock

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied with your last name as the coupon code immediately. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged/store credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or store credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of the credit will have shipping deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
